PURPOSE FOR FINDING

THE ARK OF THE COVENANT

When I do find the Ark, then its purpose should be to help this planet and the people on it. Of course, it would first have to be authenticated most likely by radio carbon dating a grain of wood from one of the poles to identify its date and if its around 1500 BC then its most likely the actual Ark of Moses. If the wood dates after King Solomon’s Temple was built then it would be a copy.
Twenty to thirty years ago, one could say, the Bible was read mostly by religious people in pursuit of their spiritual pathway; also by students of the subject and those motivated by curiosity. Because many of their rites and practices are derived, some more loosely than others, on interpretations of the Old Testament, the world’s Freemasons are familiar with Ark-related matters. However, in recent years it has been widely publicised in books, TV documentaries and even in the fiction movie “Raiders of the Lost Ark.”
According to the internet the Ark of the Covenant is mentioned on over two million web sites.
It became my vision that the Ark should never have a single, permanent resting place but should be displayed in various secure buildings for people to see it. Besides the religious people there will be those who are scientifically interested in it and those who are just curious. No doubt there will be endless queues standing in line to see it and the publicity so created will attract even more people. There will not be an admission fee but undoubtedly there will be many people who will get spiritual inspiration from being in its presence. There will however be a chance for them to make a voluntary donation. Their money would go into some sort of properly constituted Global Banking operation with a suitable name such as ENTERPRISE GLOBE, GLOBE-ARK, ARK FOR PEACE or something else appropriate.
This would be a non-profit organization whose revenue would be utilised for such things as medical research for the eradication of disease on a global scale, global-warming research, funding for major disaster areas on this planet, researching ways to regulate rainfall and mitigate the appalling effects of drought and flood. There are so many other areas requiring funding, including support for countries where there are racial, religious and territorial problems such as in the Middle East, Africa, India, to name but a few. Hopefully, its recovery after all these centuries, bringing as it undoubtedly would, the renewal of its original, divine message, might even create peace among humankind – and would not that just be something?
Initially, the Ark should be displayed for a designated time in each of the capital cities of the world. Before it left one capital to go to the next, an exact replica, perhaps endowed with the energies of the original, would be retained for permanent exhibition in that city so that those who missed encountering the presence of the real Ark would be able to engage in the mystical and awesome experience.
Once the Ark has travelled to all the capitals it would then go on tour to all the major cities. No doubt it will create a vast amount of revenue wherever it goes. We can anticipate that millions of dollars will accrue worldwide on an annual basis as the Ark’s journeying will surely be a long-running focal point for the various media, thereby enjoying phenomenal publicity.
In the light of past experience, it is reasonable to assume that the Egyptian government will be prepared to release the Ark out of Egypt, as their small percentage of the proceeds will certainly bring in far more revenue than that which they already receive from Tutankhamen’s worldwide exhibitions!
Rich and poor alike, from peasantry to royalty shall have equal opportunity to approach it and know its true nature, to connect with its spiritual vibrations and regain an understanding of their place and purpose in Creation.  It will even encourage more people to recover their belief in GOD and the Holy Scriptures, thus strongly reuniting all faiths and races and eliminating hatred and wars and the urge to kill each other.
In their desire to achieve this renewed religious and cultural environment many people will undoubtedly want to make a donation according to what they can afford knowing that their money is being used for the ultimate “good cause.”
Because of its traditional significance to the three major religions as a centre for religious worship, Jerusalem is the obvious choice of location where The Ark would be displayed in a designated, probably function-specific building once every year. Here, those of the Three Faiths would be able to gather and perhaps to pray, each in their own way and according to their own traditions.
The Ark is not only mentioned in the Old Testament but also in the New Testament and the Koran
This same building should become a centre devoted to educational seminars, conferences and discussions whose prime purpose would be not to perpetuate segregation and religious separatism but to seek out and build upon the basic truth on which all religious teaching should be based – namely the GOD-given truth given to Moses, Word by Word and letter by letter on the mountain. In deference to those long-established customs and traditions, however, the building might have separate entrances, but, and this is of the utmost importance, once inside the walls, these individuated congregations would come to commingle in recognition of their ultimate UNITY with ONE TRUE GOD/CREATING SOURCE and HIS intention that they occupy HIS planet in a peaceful, loving and harmonious environment.
At first it would be only reasonable to expect that there will be many who will oppose the idea, as a matter of so-called religious principle, since that is what has mistakenly held them apart for centuries.
No doubt the time has approached as there is so many problems in the world specifically in the Middle East.
